Just 10 days until event No. 3 in the “Hot Topic Educational Series” the DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) has been hosting this summer in association with Hall Render. On Thursday, August 31, DFWHC will present “False Claims Act Litigation and Internal Investigation Matters” from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.

The complimentary breakfast session will cover insights from Hall Render’s government enforcement attorneys based on recent experiences in negotiating and resolving False Claims Act cases, working with the OIG and CMS on government inquiries and Corporate Integrity Agreements.

They will also describe how to conduct internal investigations and make decisions regarding corrective actions and self-disclosures to best position your company in light of a potential government inquiry.
