Welcome to our updated website for the Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council. We hope you will utilize this site to stay updated on our current and future strategic projects in 2012. The current federal and state reimbursement environment poses significant challenges for the health care industry, especially providers. We plan to play an integral role in educating our friends about hospital and community initiatives to deliver the best patient care in North Texas. The upcoming year has special events such as the Summer Olympics in July and August in London, the Mars Science Laboratory (Curiosity Rover) landing on Mars in August and the Presidential Election in November. We also feel our upcoming educational events, while not as grand or spectacular as the Summer Olympics or Presidential Elections, will provide relevant, vital information for key 2012 healthcare delivery issues.
