DFW Hospital Council Associate Member Mercer will host a “Global Talent Trends Roundtable” at two different locations on Wednesday, April 11. The first event is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Glen Eagles Country Club in Plano. An identical roundtable is set for 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Petroleum Club in Fort Worth.
The meeting will be a great opportunity to hear the latest talent trends research to help attendees build, attract and retain their future workforce.
Mercer’s 2018 Global Talent Trends study gathered the views of over 7,600 employees, HR professionals and business executives across 44 different countries to explore how talent investment can truly make a difference in creating and sustaining a workforce for the future.
Brian Baker, Mercer’s US Digital Workforce Leader, will be present at both roundtables to detail how 2018 is shaping up to be a year of action.
Topics will include:
• Talent shortages and skill gaps;
• Digital employee experience;
