Last chance to register for next Thursday’s DFWHC/Mercer event “Workforce Redefined”

With healthcare workforce demands poised to explode over the next decade, you don’t want to miss the DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) and Mercer/Oliver Wyman educational event on August 9 “The Workforce Redefined: Challenging our thinking in the wake of Data, Tech and AI.”

It’s your last chance to register for this complimentary breakfast seminar from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas. This event is expected to sellout.

Christopher Schrader, a principal of health services at Oliver Wyman and Matthew Stevenson, a partner at Mercer, will serve as keynote speakers. W. Stephen Love, president/CEO of DFWHC, will host the event and provide introductions.

With the continued rise of technology, digitization and AI expected to play a role in addressing the workforce gap, the preparation for an agile, future-ready workforce starts now. The types of employees needed to take care of an older and more complex patient population will differ by state and even by town. One thing is clear — everyone will need access to a different type of workforce than is in place today.
