With the heat index reaching 108 degrees yesterday in North Texas, officially the hottest day of the year, employees of the DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) were treated to a fun surprise yesterday afternoon.

DFWHC executives provided employees with free ice cream during a work break when an official Texas Ice Cream Truck pulled up to the front door, music playing and all.
