Hall Render’s Kim details foreign employee recruitment for DFWHC members

Michael Lee Kim, an attorney at Hall Render who specializes in immigration, served as the speaker during yesterday’s DFW Hospital Council complimentary educational meeting “Foreign Physician Recruitment and Green Card Options for Foreign Healthcare Employees” at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
The event was hosted in coordination with Hall Render and was the first of four events in the “Hot Topic Healthcare Educational Series.”
Topics included:
• H-1B petitions (Initial, Extension, Change of Status, and transfers);
• Trade NAFTA Work Authorization;
• Permanent Residency Petitions for Registered Nurses and Physical Therapists;
• Permanent Residency via PERM Labor Certification;
• National Interest Waivers for Physicians practicing in Medically Underserved Areas.
