Hall Render, an Associate Member of the DFW Hospital Council, will be hosting the educational webinar “Navigating the Use of Telemedicine During the COVID-19 State of Emergency” today at 1:00 p.m. EDT.

As part of the emergency measures to address COVID-19, all levels of government are encouraging the use of telemedicine technology. The primary goal is to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19 to and from patients. The use of telemedicine is also providing an opportunity to reduce in-person patient volumes and also to provide health care providers with the means of rendering patient care from home.
