During a news segment last night on NBCDFW TV, DFW Hospital Council President/CEO W. Stephen Love provided comments on the controversial Texas lawsuit blocking Texas’ rules mandating the burial or cremation of fetal remains.

Texas was set to bar abortion facilities from disposing of fetal remains as biological medical waste beginning Dec. 19.

Love said hospitals would like clarification on who is responsible for paying for the additional cremation or burial services.
