The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) and Texas Healthcare Staffing, Inc. complimentary educational event “How to make In-House recruiting more effective and efficient” held June 19 in Dallas is now available online.

Johnny Lynch, chief executive officer at Texas Healthcare Staffing, Inc., served as keynote speaker.

The seminar was an opportunity for attendees to learn about a new system that could potentially eliminate staffing agencies and provide hospitals with reduced pay rates.

Lynch, a former registered nurse who worked in North Texas hospitals for over 15 years, detailed the new staffing solution designed “by employees for employees.”

“This is an investment in each other,” Lynch said. “Our system provides payroll reduction, workforce management and on-board recruiting.”
