04/12/2018

Are E-cigarettes a safe solution for teenagers or just as dangerous as tobacco? Find out during the Children at Risk educational event “The Hidden Dangers of E-cigarettes on our Youth” on April 30 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Meadows Conference Center in Dallas. Educator CPEs and Social Work CEUs will be available and lunch is provided.

Serving as speakers will be Dr. Steven Kelder, a Beth Toby Grossman Distinguished Professor and an Austin associate regional Dean at the University of Texas School of Public Health; and W. Stephen Love, president/CEO of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Hospital Council.

The event will detail the dangers of E-cigarettes and the programs and policies that target this emerging public health issue.
