Just who are these men at the DFW Hospital Council’s (DFWHC) 1992 Annual Awards Luncheon? The gentleman on the left was Judge Robert Bork, the keynote speaker. On the right? Former president of Methodist Dallas Medical Center John Carver. He would serve as chair of the DFWHC Board of Trustees in 1993. Today, he is executive vice president of Rogers-O’Brien Construction.

Prior to joining Rogers-O’Brien, Carver served as a senior hospital executive for almost 30 years. He was President of Methodist Dallas for 12 years. In addition, he directed capital improvement programs for Baylor Healthcare System during his 12 years there. Rogers O’Brien Construction has been a long-standing associate member of DFWHC.
