The City of Fort Worth and MedStar will be hosting a one-day COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Friday, April 23 from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m. at the Mount Moriah Church.

Up to 1,000 vaccines will be available to all eligible adults 18 years of age or older.

Registration is preferred and you can reserve your vaccine at https://usa.quickscreen.health/medstar-vaccination#/.

Walk-ups are available for onsite registration, but residents are encouraged to pre-register.
