UT Southwestern opened a new COVID-19 vaccine site at the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson on Monday. The vaccines will be provided and administered by UT Southwestern staff on the UT Dallas campus.

The Richardson locale is one of four sites operated by UT Southwestern, in addition to Red Bird Mall, Market Hall and the UT Southwestern West Campus, Building 3.

The clinic is expected to vaccinate as many as 800 people per day.

Vaccines will be administered on the campus in the Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

The clinic will use the UT Southwestern COVID-19 vaccine waitlist, rather than the Dallas County or Collin County lists. Appointments will be required.
