NBCDFW-TV reporter Wayne Carter was at the DFW Hospital Council offices Wednesday afternoon to interview President/CEO W. Stephen Love on healthcare billing.

Carter, NBC’s Consumer Investigative Reporter, was working on a comprehensive report detailing the perceived inconsistency of healthcare cost, frustrations over billing and the perception that the system doesn’t work in North Texas. The interview aired on Friday.
