Bio Christina Mathis was named CEO of Medical City Las Colinas in March 2025. As the new CEO of the 99-bed acute care hospital, Mathis provides leadership, strategic direction and is responsible for all financial operations and clinical quality outcomes. Having worked for HCA Healthcare since 2016, Mathis previously served as CEO of Medical City Frisco. Under her leadership, the hospital experienced significant growth in services while also achieving Level III Trauma Center and Level III Maternal facility redesignations. Medical City Frisco was named one of Healthgrades’ 250 Best Hospitals in 2023 and 2024. Mathis began her HCA Healthcare career as an associate administrator at Medical City Plano in 2017 before being promoted to vice president of operations and assistant chief operating officer at the hospital.
