Johnny Lynch, chief executive officer at Texas Healthcare Staffing, Inc., was the keynote speaker during the DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) educational event “How to make In-House recruiting more effective and efficient” this morning at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.

The complimentary seminar was an opportunity for attendees to learn about a new system that could potentially eliminate staffing agencies and provide hospitals with reduced pay rates.

Lynch, a former registered nurse who worked in North Texas hospitals for over 15 years, detailed a new staffing solution designed by employees for employees.

“This is an investment in each other,” Lynch said. “Our system provides payroll reduction, workforce management and on-board recruiting.”
