NBCDFW TV reporter Wayne Carter was at the DFW Hospital Council offices this afternoon to interview President/CEO W. Stephen Love on healthcare billing.

Carter, NBC’s Consumer Investigative Reporter, was working on a comprehensive report detailing the perceived inconsistency of healthcare cost, frustrations over billing and the perception that the system doesn’t work in North Texas. His series is expected to begin on Friday.
