Just one week until the DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) and Argos Health complimentary webinar “VA Hospital Claims: Deconstructing the Resolution Process” on Thursday, August 30 from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.

Kirby Yawn, a senior vice president at Argos Health will serve as the main speaker to discuss the many frustrations related to VA claims. DFWHC President/CEO W. Stephen Love will provide the introductions and Q&A.

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) augments its own healthcare resources by purchasing care from non-VA community providers. This is done under a variety of overlapping programs that create a complex situation for community providers. There is substantial uncertainty related to the future of the VA purchased care programs and how hospitals will be impacted.

This webinar will provide an overview of the VA, confront the challenges and offer ideas for improved payment for VA claims.
