Episode 23 of the DFW Hospital Council’s weekly radio program “The Human Side of Health Care” was broadcast yesterday on KRLD 1080 AM. The discussion included available COVID-19 resources and a “Work Return” program developed in North Texas that has been implemented across the U.S.

Guests included:

• Dr. Ann Warren, Co-director Trauma Research, Baylor University Medical Center;
• Tom Collins, CEO, Medical City Green Oaks Hospital;
• and Dana Dempsey, Director Therapeutic Recreation, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.

DFWHC President/CEO Stephen Love and KRLD’s Thomas Miller provided a COVID-19 update.

The radio program runs throughout 2020 on Sunday’s from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. CDT.
