DFW Hospital Council President/CEO W. Stephen Love will be moderating a “Payor Panel” during the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) event “Bridging the Gap: Collaboration Across the Continuum of Care” on April 24 at the Hyatt Regency in Austin, Texas.

The panel will include Jeffrey Cook, CEO of Texas Health – Aetna; Shara McClure, divisional senior vice president of Texas health care delivery of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas; and LaMonte Thomas, president of the North Texas and Oklahoma divisions of Cigna.

The guests will discuss the status of health insurance marketplace enrollment, carrier participation and the outlook for 2018-2019. The group will also examine medical group plan insurance trends, pharmaceutical costs and reimbursement by insurance plans.

The panel discussion is just one 18 educational events taking place April 22-24 during HFMA’s Annual Texas State Conference.
