A health and wellness exposition with fun at its core, the Family Fit Fest (formerly Get Kidz Fit Fest) is set for Saturday, April 29 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Dallas Market Hall.

This year’s event has expanded to include every family member with a focus on being fit in all aspects of life. This family-friendly festival will help all family members get nutritionally, physically, mentally, financially, civically and spiritually fit.

Attendees will have access to engaging, educational and physical activities, plus get exposure to resources and services from over 90 businesses and non-profit organizations aimed at enhancing and improving everyone’s quality of life.

The first 500 attendees will receive a free t-shirt, swag bag and box of food.

Proceeds from sponsorships, exhibitors and donations benefit the Community Council of Greater Dallas, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
