The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) Foundation will continue its live virtual “Opioid Discussion” with the topic “Opioids and the Overdose Epidemic” on Tuesday, March 29 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., CST.

Guest speaker will be Lisa Sullivan, Drug Enforcement Administration Dallas Diversion Program Manager.

During this session, Sullivan will discuss factors contributing to the crisis and Texas statistics; the practitioners role in preventing drug abuse; and the DEA’s “One Pill can Kill” campaign.
