The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) Foundation in coordination with the Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality will be hosting the second meeting of its new Healthcare Performance Improvement Group on Thursday, March 24 from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m., CST.

This complimentary virtual meeting titled “Quantification of Performance Improvement/Quality Outcomes ROI,” will include speakers Rusty Lewis, Chief Digital Officer, Parkland Center for Clinical Innovation; Drew Shea, Vice President of Finance, Methodist Health System; and April Taylor, Vice President of Quality, The Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Objectives will include the identification of tools that quantify financial impact; the definition of strategies that define return on investment; and the learning of key questions for teams to support the quantification journey.
