The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) and Herzing University will co-host the webinar “The Influence of the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)” on Thursday, December 4 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., CDT.

Speakers will include Dr. Indira D. Tyler, Faculty Development Specialist at Herzing University; and Stephen Love, President/CEO of DFWHC.

This complimentary webinar will explore the influence of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) in shaping health outcomes for individuals and communities. We will discuss how factors like economic stability, education, healthcare access and neighborhood environments can significantly impact health. Takeaways from this presentation include incorporating reflective practice in SDOH case studies to effectively address health outcomes.
