The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) will be co-hosting a webinar with Apollo on June 11 to detail “Surge Staffing” from 10:00 a.m. To 11:00 a.m. CDT.

As the number of COVID-19 cases continues to increase nationally, regional “hotspots” are sprouting up in numerous areas. Hospitals within these areas are experiencing an increased need for beds and personnel. At the same time, healthcare professionals in other parts of the country not as affected want to help.

Apollo is a web-based platform that matches healthcare providers with hospitals and other facilities that are actively requiring extra staffing assistance due to COVID-19. Its centralized database of medical providers includes physicians, nurses, APPs, technicians, therapists and others ready to deploy to in-need facilities hit hardest by COVID-19.
