The Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC) has been working overtime to produce and distribute flyers this week related to COVID-19 testing in the community. As part of an ongoing effort to educate North Texas residents, DRC released a “COVID-19 Virtual Screenings” flyer today.
The document details symptoms necessary to utilize area hospitals’ virtual screening capabilities and step-by-step considerations before residents decide on virtual screening.
DRC also released a flyer yesterday detailing COVID-19 drive-thru testing in the community.
Working with the DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC), the DRC flyers include information on symptoms for testing, convenient locations and steps to consider.
“Great work from the team at Dallas Regional Chamber for producing these crucial flyers,” said Stephen Love, DFWHC president/CEO. “It’s so important for the public to know the criteria for being tested. Not everyone needs to be tested and most certainly not everyone needs to go to the hospital. Our mutual goal is to make sure the hospitals of North Texas are not overloaded with residents who do not need to be tested for COVID-19.”
