The Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council (DFWHC) will host its third Speed Networking Event, Feb. 27 in the Reverchon A Room next to the auditorium at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. The complimentary breakfast session is from 8:00-10:00 a.m. and parking is free. The networking exercise, where attendees visit one-on-one for six minutes apiece, was very popular in 2013. This year, North Texas hospital employees will be participating with DFWHC Associate Members to strengthen contacts. In the coordinated sessions, after six minutes a bell rings and attendees move to the next chair to meet a new healthcare contact. Remember to bring plenty of business cards!
