The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) and Leaning Towards Change, LLC webinar “Lean Six Sigma White Belt Course” is tomorrow, October 14 from 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m., CDT – last change to register!

Tanya Stinson, MHQS, CMBB, MCBA, CRP, the Founder and CEO of Leaning Towards Change, LLC, will serve as the instructor.

The Lean Six Sigma White Belt Course is a two-hour online course led by a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. You will learn the foundations of Lean, Six Sigma, what a process is, what the 8 wastes are, and how to use team-based tools to eliminate wastes, errors, inefficiencies and defects from day-to-day processes.

Cost is $89.99 per person. There are also plans to follow-up with Yellow Belt courses later in the month.
