In a story posted this morning in D Healthcare Daily, the DFW Hospital Council and its President/CEO W. Stephen Love came out in support of the American Hospital Association’s strongly-worded amicus brief urging that the U.S. Supreme Court upholds the constitutionality of federal subsidies provided to lower and middle-income Americans through the Affordable Care Act.

“This court case could undermine the very intent of the Affordable Care Act to increase coverage to the uninsured,” Love said.
