The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) and Mercer will co-host the webinar “Healthcare Workforce: Predictions Over the Next Decade” on Tuesday, November 9 from 2:00-3:00 p.m., CDT.

In support of an article to be published in DFWHC’s Fall 2021 Interlocutor magazine, Mercer’s national experts will provide an analysis of the available healthcare talent and demand in the U.S. The team will share workforce predictions leveraging their interactive U.S. Labor Supply Map which can filter 80-plus healthcare occupations down to the MSA and county level and identify where surpluses and shortages are anticipated in the next three, five and ten years.

Speakers will include John Derse, senior partner, healthcare provider industry practice leader at Mercer; Tanner Bateman, Ph.D., senior associate, workforce analytics and strategy at Mercer; and Stephen Love president/CEO of DFWHC.
