The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) and Leaning Towards Change, LLC will co-host the webinar “Lean Six Sigma White Belt Course” on Tuesday, October 14 from 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m., CDT.

Tanya Stinson, MHQS, CMBB, MCBA, CRP, the Founder and CEO of Leaning Towards Change, LLC, will serve as the instructor.

The Lean Six Sigma White Belt Course is a two-hour online course led by a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. You will learn the foundations of Lean, Six Sigma, what a process is, what the 8 wastes are, and how to use team-based tools to eliminate wastes, errors, inefficiencies and defects from day-to-day processes.

Cost is $89.99 per person. There are also plans to follow-up with Yellow Belt courses later in the month.
