The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) and Forvis Mazars webinar “Strategic Agility: Planning and Execution” originally broadcast on November 6 has been posted online.

This complimentary presentation was highlighted by a Forvis Mazars’ national expert detailing practices for effectively transitioning from strategic planning to operational execution by building a model to support overall achievement with a focus on building long-term financial and clinical sustainability.

Learning objectives included:

• Acknowledge the significant transformation that has occurred in healthcare over the past five years as providers have navigated a public health emergency, workforce challenges, operational disruption and financial distress.
