
The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) and Forvis Mazars will co-host the complimentary webinar “From Regulation to Implementation: Navigating Site Neutrality Under CAA 2026” on Thursday, August 6 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., CDT.

The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 creates new compliance requirements for off-campus hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs), effective January 1, 2028, including required provider-based attestations and separate NPIs by location. The 2027 Outpatient Prospective Payment Rule codifies these requirements. This session explains the requirements, compliance risks, and operational impacts, and outlines how hospitals can prepare now.
