Coronavirus update and patient programs to highlight “Human Side of Health Care” on Sunday

A Coronavirus update and some innovative patient programs will highlight Sunday’s edition of the DFW Hospital Council’s (DFWHC) weekly radio program “The Human Side of Health Care.” There will also be a detailed discussion on the “patient experience” at area hospitals. The broadcast will air on KRLD 1080 AM at 1:00 p.m. CST.

Guest stars will include:

Sandy Potter, vice president and chief operating officer of behavioral health at Texas Health Resources;
Stephanie Campbell, burn program manager at Parkland Health & Hospital System;
• and Lara Burnside, senior vice president and chief patient experience officer at JPS Health Network.

DFWHC President/CEO Stephen Love will provide the Coronavirus update.

The radio program runs throughout 2020 on Sunday’s from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. CST.
