• How to relieve staffing shortages and improve workforce safety, using safe patient handling and mobility strategies to reduce injury exposure and improve consistency of care delivery;
• How to reduce avoidable cost by mitigating injury-related expense, improving throughput, and aligning mobility investments with performance and sustainability goals.
Speakers will include Vicki Huber, Chief Nursing Officer at Atlas Mobility; Eric Race, Founder/CEO at Atlas Mobility; and Joe Daly, former Executive Director of Clinical Support Services at Stanford Health Care.
This session is designed specifically for hospital and health system leaders, including CNOs, CMOs, CFOs, COOs, CEOs, patient safety and quality leaders, risk management leaders, and other senior hospital management seeking practical insight into how mobility can support safer, more sustainable operations.
