The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) has announced the guest speakers for its Wednesday, July 20 webinar discussion “Stark Law: Back to Basics” from 2:00-3:00 p.m., CDT. You don’t want to miss this complimentary educational event!

Hosted in coordination with Hall Render, speakers will include Hall Render Attorneys Keith Dugger, Alyssa James, Katherine Schwartz and Kerry Dutra.

This accomplished panel of healthcare experts will consider the basics of the Stark Law, including key definitions, exceptions, penalties for non-compliance, developments and trends, and compliance strategies for health care organizations.
