The ACHE of North Texas will host the educational event “Leading in Intergenerational and Cultural Healthcare Environments” on Saturday, April 2 at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon, CST.

Dr. Sharbari Dey, Director for Diversity and Inclusion in the Office of Institutional Equity and Access at UT Southwestern, will serve as speaker.

She will discuss an increasingly diverse workforce and labor shortages in healthcare. Dr. Dey will detail the importance for healthcare leaders to learn how best to lead multigenerational teams for productive work environments.
