On August 4, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced the calendar year 2021 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) Proposed Rule. With the numerous changes, hospitals employing physicians and compensating them on a productivity model will especially want to take note of several.
