SUMMARY:Soldheim Enterprises Nursing Course
DESCRIPTION:UT Southwestern will be hosting a Solheim Enterprises Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN®) Exam Preparation Course on Thursday and Friday\, March 22-23 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Meadows Conference Center in Dallas.\n\nThe course will offer lectures\, graphics\, videos and practice questions in many of the areas that are tested on the CEN exam. This review provides a foundation for further study as the participant works toward emergency nursing certification.\n\nKristen Cline\, BSN\, RN\, CEN\, CPEN\, SANE-A\, TCRN\, CFRN\, will serve as speaker of the event. She serves as a full-time flight nurse and base educator for one of the largest hospital-based flight programs in the nation. Kristen has almost 10 years of nursing experience in medical-surgical\, telemetry\, trauma and emergency specialties\, and has worked as a bedside nurse\, charge nurse\, and education coordinator. She is also an active TNCC\, ENPC\, ACLS\, and PALS instructor.\n\nEmployees of UT Southwestern need to register in Taleo.\n\nOther guests can register here.\n\nThis course will provide 16.25 Contact Hours and breakfast\, lunch and beverages will be provided.\n\nFor information\, please contact Paula.Dunn@UTSouthwestern.edu.
