SUMMARY:DFWHC and Konica Minolta webinar "Cybersecurity Awareness"
DESCRIPTION:The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) and Konica Minolta will co-host the webinar “Cybersecurity Awareness: Think like and Attacker” on Thursday\, January 22 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.\, CDT.\n\nSpeakers will include Jake Reynolds\, Offensive Securities Services Director at Depth Security; and Stephen Love\, President/CEO of DFWHC.\n\nDuring this session\, the speakers walk through how real-world adversaries identify weaknesses\, gain initial access\, escalate privileges\, and ultimately compromise critical systems. Instead of high-level theory\, this webinar focuses on the exact tactics\, techniques\, and misconfigurations that have been exploited during past healthcare penetration tests\, red team operations\, and adversary emulation engagements. The speakers will take you behind the scenes of actual engagements to demonstrate how attackers think and how they break in.\n\nBy the end of this session\, you’ll walk away with: \n•	A clearer understanding of where your security posture might fall short;\n•	Tactical steps you can take to improve defenses immediately;\n•	Firsthand examples of how attackers think\, how they choose targets\, and how they chain vulnerabilities together to gain control of environments;\n•	Real stories from past healthcare assessments\, and clear insights into how these techniques can be prevented in your own environment.\n\nYou can register here.\n\nFor information\, please contact Chris Wilson at chrisw@dfwhc.org.
