SUMMARY:DFWHC and Forvis Mazars webinar "Site Neutrality Under CAA 2026"
DESCRIPTION:The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) and Forvis Mazars will co-host the complimentary webinar “From Regulation to Implementation: Navigating Site Neutrality Under CAA 2026” on Thursday\, August 6 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.\, CDT.\n\nSpeakers will include Jill Griffith-Goodwin\, CPA\, CPC\, Managing Director of Healthcare Performance Improvement at Forvis Mazars; Ellen Garlick\, Director of Healthcare Performance Improvement at Forvis Mazars; and Stephen Love\, President/CEO of DFWHC.\n\nThe Consolidated Appropriations Act\, 2026 creates new compliance requirements for off-campus hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs)\, effective January 1\, 2028\, including required provider-based attestations and separate NPIs by location. The 2027 Outpatient Prospective Payment Rule codifies these requirements. This session explains the requirements\, compliance risks\, and operational impacts\, and outlines how hospitals can prepare now.\n\nLearning objectives: \nUpon completion of this program\, participants will be able to:  \n1.
