DESCRIPTION:The DFW Hospital Council (DFWHC) Foundation will continue its live virtual “Opioid Discussion” with the topic “The Opioid Crisis: The Three Phases and Beyond” on Thursday\, February 23 from 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m.\, CST.\n\nDenise French\, QMHP\, of the Helen Farabee Centers\, will serve as guest speaker.\n\nDuring this event\, attendees will learn about the new drug Kratom that is presently being sold at Cannabidiol (CBD) shops in North Texas. Speakers will also discuss the past history of this community issue.
