The Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council (DFWHC) has scheduled its 37th Annual Board Social for Feb. 21, 2013 at the Las Colinas Country Club. The evening soiree begins with a 6:00 p.m. reception followed by dinner and presentations at 7:00 p.m. DFWHC’s Board Social is as an opportunity to honor 2012-2013 board members, while also acknowledging board members from past years. He served as Chair of the DFWHC Board in 1992 and was the recipient of the Boone Powell, Sr. Award of Excellence in 2002.

The invitation-only event will be hosted by Rick Merrill, president/CEO of Cook Children’s Health Care System and 2013 DFWHC Chair. Providing music is popular local act The Wonderfuls. The DFWHC Social is completely funded by the generous donations of sponsors. Invitations will be mailed January 21.
