The recent passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBB) has introduced a new operating environment for hospitals—one characterized by increased reimbursement volatility, reductions in Medicaid payments, and heightened scrutiny of mechanisms like the 340B program. For non-Medicaid expansion states such as Texas, these changes have serious implications for workforce planning. This webinar explores how hospitals can deploy alternative labor models to maintain service levels while navigating funding contractions and operational uncertainty.
